摘要
加油站是重要的城市基础设施,其在城市中的规划建设是否合理直接影响到城市交通体系的运行。我国现行采用的依据规范推算法和工程类比法预测城市机动车加油站需求,未考虑机动车辆的出行特性,使得预测结果缺乏说服力。采用以城市机动车燃油日需求量为基础对加油站点需求总量加以预测,并采用布局网络的思路和"逐点布设、优化成面"的方法对加油站进行规划和布局,能够在保证密度和规模的前提下,保证加油站点的合理分布。
Gas station is important to city life and it affects traffic circulation. Current regulations predict gas station needs without considering vehicle traffic characters and thus lack credibility. Prediction based on vehicle daily gas need is more rational. The planning and layout of gas stations with network concept will guarantee rational distribution of gas stations.
