摘要
在产品使用阶段常常产生整个产品生命周期中最重要的对环境的影响,其中一个原因是使用行为,特别是生态上的错误使用行为。作者在一般定义的基础上依据劳动心理学和安全技术,阐述了一种用于分析和避免错误行为造成环境影响的方法。同时引入改进的 F M E A( 失效模式和影响分析) 作为其核心方法。最后深入探讨了面向环境的产品销售中解空间受到限制的观点。
he major environmental impacts within the total life cycle of products are often caused during the usage phase.The usage and especially ecological erroneous usager behavior plays a major role.The authors demonstrate a methodology to analyze and influence the behavior related environmental impacts with analogy to occupational safety and safety technology.A Modified FMEA (Failure Modes and EFFects Analysi)is used as a guiding method.Finally,a Critical examination of the marketing of environmentally friendly products and the resulting impacts on the space of possible design solutions is presented.
