摘要
设计与分析的紧密集成是现代化产品设计模式的发展趋势。在进行特征造型系统与有限元分析系统的集成过程中,研究了面向有限元分析的特征建模技术。首先描述了现有的非流形几何造型技术,指出了非流形几何造型技术是实现造型与分析集成的首要条件,并提出了基于中面的冲压零件几何造型方法。其次论述了非几何特征的建模原理和实现方法,着重突出了虚几何在非几何特征建模中的作用和表示方式。最后讨论了支持模型转换的双向相关机制。
Tight integration of design and analysis is the development trend in the modern design.FEA oriented feature based modeling technology is put forward in the procedure of intergrating feature based modeling system with FEA system.Current non manifold geometrical modeling methods are described,on the basis of which midsurface geomtrical modeling method of stamping parts is created.In addition to non manifold geometrical modeling,non geometrical feature based modling is another important part of FEA oriented feature based modeling system.This paper discusses its principle and means to realize and emphasizes the role and expression method of virtual geometry in non geometrical modeling.In the end,bi directional connectivity mechanism to support model transformation is briefly discussed.
