手持式导电膜方块电阻测试仪系列的研制

Development on the Portable Testing Set Series of SheetResistivity of Conducting Film

本文介绍用于导电膜方块电阻（面电阻）（Ω／□）测试的手持式仪器系列中的ＸＸ－１型、ＸＸ－２型仪器。着重阐述仪器的设计思想、应用原理和关键部分的设计。该系列测试仪是导电薄膜（ＩＴＯ膜等）制造厂家和器件（液晶显示器等）制造厂家的理想仪器。

Abstract XX 1 and XX 2 instruments in the portable set series which are used to test the sheet resisti vity (Ω/□) of the couducting film are introduced in this paper. Emphatically give the design plan, application principle and design of the key part. They are the desirable instruments for the manufactories of the conducting film (ITO film) and the devices (liquid crystal indicator etc).
