摘要
目的:测定野菊花中铁的含量。方法:采用分光光度法,邻二氮菲为显色剂测定野菊花中铁的含量。结果:野菊花中铁含量为281.5μg/g。结论:该方法具有简单易行、快速准确的特点,适用于野菊花铁含量的测定。
Objective：To determine the contents of iron in Chrysanthemum.Methods：Spectrophotometry was used to determine content of iron in Chrysanthemum,adding 1,10-phenanthrolane as colour agent.Results：The contents of iron in Chrysanthemum is 281.5 μg/g.Conclusion：The method is simplicity,quickness in result and applicable for the determination of iron in Chrysanthemum.
