摘要
目的:通过对贵州省碘缺乏病(IDD)健康教育与健康促进现况进行分析,探讨适合我省实际情况的IDD健康教育与健康促进的模式与对策。方法:按照《实现消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核评估方案》,2010年在全省88个县采用随机抽样方法抽取9个县进行抽查评估。结果:9个县能按项目要求开展健教活动;五年级学生IDD防治知识知晓率均在80%以上;对人体缺碘的最主要危害认识稍有欠缺,平均值为86.52%,平坝县仅为52.67%、福泉市为72.67%。结论:通过健教干预,学生IDD防治知识知晓率得到提高,"小手牵大手"的社会实践活动促进该项目的开展;但是也存在一些薄弱环节,学生对IDD的最大的危害——智力的损伤认识不足,提示今后在健康教育与健康促进工作中,要有重点、有针对性。
Objective:By iodine deficiency in Guizhou Province(IDD)health education and health promotion to analyze the current situation,the actual situation of the province of IDD for Health Education and Health Promotion Model and Measures.Methods:According to the "goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders program at the county level for examination and evaluation",9 counties was randomly selected spot checks assessment in 88 counties in the province in 2010.Results:9 counties required by the project counties to carry out health education activities;the fifth level students are in the awareness rate of IDD prevention and control more than 80%;the main hazards of iodine deficiency on the human body a little lack of understanding,with an average 86.52%,only 52.67% and 72.67% in Pingba and Fuquan County.Conclusions:according to the health education intervention,the students improved awareness IDD prevention and control knowledge,"Little Hands catch Big Hands," the social practice to promote the launching of the project.But there are some weak links,the largest harm for students is IDD——lack of intellectual understanding of the damage.Health education and health promotion work should be be focused and targeted in our future.
