摘要 采用半制备高效液相色谱法对川木通中有效成分齐墩果酸进行分离纯化,纯化齐墩果酸的制备色谱条件:半制备型色谱柱ZORBAX SB-C18(9.4 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水=87∶13,流速3 mL/min,柱温室温,检测器VWD检测器,波长210 nm,进样量20μL。对制备出的馏分进行定性分析。该法具有纯化效果好、操作高效、快速的特点。 Semi-preparative HPLC was used to isolate and purify the active constituent of oleanolic acid from caulis clematidis armandii.The preparative chromatography conditions for the preparation of oleanolic acid were established: semi-preparative column of ZORBAX SB-C18(9.4 mm×150 mm,5 μm),and mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(87 ∶13),flow rate was 3 mL/min,wavelength was 210 nm,column temperature was room temperature,injection volume was 20 μL.The prepared fractions were analysized qualitatively.This method has the characteristics of purify effective,efficient operation,and quickly to purify oleanolic acid in caulis clematidis armandii.
