摘要
采用标准地法和线路调查法,对湖北恩施市新塘乡双河厚朴基地的厚朴病虫害进行了系统调查,记录主要虫害13种,其中叶部害虫9种,枝干害虫2种,根部害虫2种。厚朴主要病害5种。藤壶蚧、厚朴枝角叶蜂和厚朴新丽斑蚜为湖北省首次报道,小绿叶蝉为厚朴新寄主记录种。同时记录了藤壶蚧的天敌6种,其中寄生小蜂2种,瓢虫4种;厚朴新丽斑蚜的天敌昆虫8种。对藤壶蚧、厚朴枝角叶蜂和厚朴苗木根腐病等重要病虫害的发生规律进行了初步调查,同时提出了防治建议。
A systematic investigation of the diseases and insect pests of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils was conducted in Enshi. The major pests included 13 species, 9 of which were leaf pests, 2 of which branch pests, and 2 of which root pests. Five major M. officinalis diseases were recorded. Asterococcus muratae Kuwana and Neo- calaphis magnolicolens were reported in Hubei Province for the first time; Ernpoasca flavescens was a newly recorded species hosted by M. officinalis. Six natural enemies of A. muratae were also recorded, 2 of which were chalcid parasitoids and 4 ladybugs; 8 natural enemy insects of N. magnolicolens were recorded. Furthermore, a preliminary investigation into the occurrence of important diseases and pests of A. muratae and Cladiucha mag- noliae Xiao and the root rot disease of Magnoliae officinalis was also carried out and the corresponding control measures were proposed.
