摘要
随着人口老龄化，老年脑血管病的发病率逐年上升，给患者、家庭及社会带来沉重负担。近年来，随着仪器设备的更新及检查技术、方法的进步，磁共振（MRI）在老年脑血管病的研究中逐步发挥了举足轻重的作用，为临床诊断、治疗及预后判断提供重要信息。现就MRI在常见缺血性及出血性脑血管病变研究中的进展总结如下。
