高瓦斯综放工作面均衡开采技术的模拟

Simulation of Equilibrium Mining Technology in Fully Mechanized Caving Face with High Methane Concentration

摘要 高瓦斯综放工作面的均衡开采技术,主要是通过控制采煤机的割煤速度来保证工作面瓦斯不超限,同时使得工作量产量满足要求。结合阳泉矿区某矿9804综放工作面的开采技术条件,均衡开采技术进行了CFD模拟研究,结果表明:9804综放工作面采煤机的均衡割煤速度1.8m/min,与理论计算结果1.7 m/min基本一致,验证了均衡开采理论模型的合理性、可靠性。 Equilibrium mining of high methane of fully mechanized caving face guaranteed the face methane not transfiniting as well as the face production reaching the goal,by controlling coal cutting rate of the shear.This essay conducted CFD simulation researches on equilibrium mining,which based on mining conditions of fully mechanized caving face 9804 in one coal mine in Yangquan mining area.The result showed that the equilibrium coal cutting rate of fully mechanized caving face 9804 was 1.8 m/min,which was basically identical with theoretical result 1.7 m/min,verified the rationality and reliability of the theoretical model about equilibrium mining.
