荷叶炮制金丝桃苷含量变化研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究荷叶炮制前后金丝桃苷的含量变化。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定荷叶生品、煅炭品和炒炭品中金丝桃苷含量。结果:荷叶各炮制品中金丝桃苷含量:生品为2.161%,煅炭品为0.231%,炒炭品为0.262%。结论:荷叶经煅炭和炒炭后金丝桃苷含量显著降低,加热炮制对荷叶中金丝桃苷含量有显著影响。
