随着经济全球化的深入发展,特别是国际金融危机的持续蔓延和不断加深,"两制关系"一改过去水火不相容的对立状态,社会主义与资本主义的关系发展到一个新阶段,当代社会主义与资本主义国家之间的相互依存和相互联系空前紧密,相互影响空前深入,"两制关系"趋向更加微妙和复杂。面对经济全球化和国际金融危机态势下"两制关系"出现的新变化,中国必须做好相应的战略应对。如何正确认识和处理当今时代两制之间的关系,不仅关系到社会主义与资本主义的发展,也关系到全人类的安全与稳定,更关系到社会主义的前途与命运。广大理论工作者应超前思考,进一步拓展马克思主义理论研究的广度和深度,努力实现学术研究、政策探讨和理论宣传的有机结合,不断地推进马克思主义中国化。
