中日韩知识产权战略比较研究

Comparative Studies on Intellectual Property Strategy of China,Japan and Korea

《国家知识产权战略纲要》的颁布,标志着中国知识产权战略的正式启动实施。至此,中国、日本和韩国这三个亚洲最有影响力的三个经济体都形成了各具特色的知识产权战略体系。本文首先简要地介绍了中国、日本和韩国的知识产权战略,然后对中日韩在专利领域的战略现状进行了分析和比较,并在此基础上,对我国知识产权战略提出了几点建议。

Issuing the Outline of the National Intellectual Property Strategy marks the official beginning of the Chinese Intellectual Property Strategy.At this point,China,Japan and Korea,three most influential Asian countries,have formed their own intellectual property strategy system that provides distinguishing features alone.This article begins with brief introduction to the three different intellectual property strategy systems,then analyzes and makes comparison of the intellectual property strategies of China,Japan and Korea in the scope of the patent,and finally puts forward several suggestions about our own intellectual property strategy.
