摘要
基于管道完整性管理技术集成的目的和意义,对管道完整性管理业务流程和所涉及的技术领域进行分析集成,提出了管道完整性管理技术体系架构。针对风险评价环节,着重评析了Kent评分法,列述了国际上比较成熟的风险评价软件,对Kent评分法的指标体系进行修改和完善,并调整指标的权重分值,形成了更加适应国内管道情况的评分指标体系。针对管道检测与完整性评价环节,根据国内实施螺旋焊缝缺陷检测的实际需求,参照BS7910对裂纹类缺陷的分级评价方法,评析了三轴高清漏磁检测技术对螺旋焊缝缺陷的适用性,工程应用实践表明:该方法基本解决了上世纪70年代所制造管道的螺旋焊缝缺陷的检测、评价与修复技术难题。显而易见,管道完整性管理技术集成是一个持续更新、完善和发展的过程。
Based on the object and significance of integration on pipeline integrity management technologies,analysis and integration on the business process in integrity management and its technology fields involved in are carried out and the architecture of pipeline integrity management technology system is put foreword. In allusion to the links in risk assessment,the authors stressly analyze the Kent Scoring Method,list the risk assessment softwares applied worldwide,modify and perfect the indexes system in Kent Scoring Method and adjust the weighted score of indexes,which form a scoring indexes system more suitable for domestic pipeline system.In the light of links in pipeline inspection and integrity assessment and in line with the actual requirements in defect detection of spiral welds of pipeline,the availability of triaxial MFL testing technology is analyzed by referring to the grading assessment method on crack-class defect in BS 7910. Application practices show that the technical issues formed in the 1970s in inspection,assessment and repair of spiral welds defect in the pipes manufactured in that time can be basically solved by means of the method. Obviously,the integration of pipeline integrity management technologies is an updated,complete and developing process.
