地下盐穴储油库库址优选 被引量:4

Optimal selection of underground salt cavern oil storage site

摘要 我国第3期石油储备基地的备选库址分别具备相对较好的地理和地质条件、储存和分配资源的运输条件以及安全可靠度。其中,定远油库计划建库规模为500×104m3,建设期为8年;赵集油库计划建库规模为500×104m3,建设期为10年;周田油库计划建库规模为10×106m3,建设期为10年。地下盐穴储油库地面配套工程包括清水泵站和清水管道,采卤站和采卤管网,原油注采站和原油外输管道4个建设部分。从经济评价的角度,利用费用现值法和费用年值法对3个库址进行优选和经济可行性分析。依据费用最小准则,目前可将定远盐穴作为首选库址,赵集盐穴可作为定远储油库的后续工程,周田盐穴可作为建设储油库工程的远期规划项目。 The third stage alternative site of oil reserve base in China is of relatively better geographical and geological conditions,storage and transportation conditions of allocation,and security and reliability. Among them,Dingyuan Oil Storage with a capacity of 500×104 m3will be planned to build with a construction period of 8-year; Zhaoji Oil Storage with a capacity of 500×104 m3 will be planned to build with a construction period of 10-year; Zhoutian Oil Storage with a capacity of 10×106 m3 will be planned to build with a construction period of 10-year. Ground supporting projects of the underground salt cavern oil storage include four construction parts: water pumping stations and water pipelines,brine stations and brine pipelines,injection stations and crude oil transportation pipelines. Optimal selection and economic feasibility analysis on the three oil storage sites have been done through the cost present value method and the cost annual value method from the perspective of economic evaluation. Based on minimum cost criteria,Dingyuan Salt Cavern can be set as the preferred storage site at present,and Zhaoji Salt Cavern can be set as follow-up project. Besides,Zhoutian Salt Cavern can be used as the long-term planning for building oil storage project.
