阿立哌唑与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

Effects of aripiprazole and clozapine on life quality of schizophrenics

目的:比较阿立哌唑、氯氮平对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法:60例精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组(30例)和氯氮平组(30例),治疗8周。应用阳性与阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)、生活质量量表(QOL)对两组治疗前后进行评定。结果:阿立哌唑与氯氮平均能明显改善患者的精神症状和生活质量。在生理、心理领域,社会关系、独立性、环境领域,阿立哌唑明显优于氯氮平。结论:阿立哌唑能改善精神分裂症患者的生活质量,有利于患者重返社会。

Objective： To compare the effects of aripiprazole and clozapine on the life quality of schizophrenics. Method：Sixty schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into aripiprazole group （n=30） and clozapine group （n=30） for eight weeks.Positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS） and quality of life scale （QOL） were administered before treatment and at the end of 8 week treatment. Results：Both aripiprazole and clozapine group showed psychotic symptoms and life quality improvement in terms of PANSS and QOL,but aripiprazole group improve more than clozapine group in physiological and psychological domain,interpersonal relationship,independence and environment. Conclusion： Aripiprazole can improve life quality of schizophrenic patients and benefit them for returning to society.
