微细钢纤维对砂浆抗裂性能的影响

摘要 通过试验研究了砂浆在微细钢纤维的不同掺量、不同形态下的抗裂效果,比较了钢纤维直径的粗细对力学性能的影响,并对试验数据进行了分析。结果表明,波浪型微细钢纤维不仅具有较佳的抗裂效果,亦可提升砂浆的韧性。 Through the tests,anti-crack performance of mortar mixed with different dosages and different shapes of micro-fine steel fiber is researched.The effects of the fibrous diameters of steel fiber on mechanical properties are compared,and these test data are analyzed.The results show that wave-shaped micro-fine steel fiber not only has the better effect on crack resistance,but also can improve the toughness of mortar.
