摘要
悬辊机悬辊轴经过一段时间的使用后会产生磨损,必须定期修复。采用自动补焊机对悬辊机悬辊轴进行补焊修复,经过一年多的现场使用,和传统的人工修复相比,极大地提高了悬辊轴的修复效率,降低了修复成本,修复后悬辊轴的使用寿命提高2倍以上。
After a period of using time,the hanging-roller axis of hanging-roller machine will be weared and teared and it need to be repaired regularly.The auto-repair welding machine is used to repair and weld the hanging-roller axis of hanging-roller machine,and after one year＇s field using,comparing with the traditional manual repairing,it can greatly improve the repairing efficiency of hanging-roller axis and reduce the cost of repairing.The service life of hanging-roller axis after repairing can enhance more than two-times.
