摘要
在对ABB公司REB103母差保护分析的过程中,发现当母联或分段开关通过测控装置和母差的断连回路进行合闸操作时,由于合闸脉冲展宽与断连回路内继电器动作行为之间存在配合上的误差,这将可能造成开关防跳回路短暂失灵,若在此段时间内刚好发生故障,则开关在跳开后可能会再次合于故障,这不仅对开关造成了不必要的伤害,同时也为电网的安全运行埋下了隐患。文中重点分析了这一现象,并针对该问题提出了相应的改进方案。
In the process of analyzing REB103 bus protection of ABB,while bus coupler or section breaker close through measurement and control device to the ct-disconnection circuit,it is found that the hold-down circuit of switch may be malfunction temporarily as a result of switching pulse stretching doesn't agree with the behavior of relays in the circuit.If failure occurs at the moment,the breaker will re-close after it trips off which not only gets the breaker itself damaged but also makes the grids in danger.Analysis and relevant measures to the question will be given in this paper.
