摘要
以U形折弯槽钢的标准化为例,介绍了利用CATIA软件进行常用件标准化的方法,运用"标准化"的方法,将设计过程中使用频率较高的零件进行标准化的建模,在虚拟装配中可以方便的调用,避免了重复建模的操作过程,缩短了操作时间,提高了产品设计的效率。
Taking the standardization of the U-shaped fold bending channel steel as an example, a method of standardization of the common parts was introduced using the CATIA software. Using this method, repeating of modeling was avoided and design efficiency was improved.
