摘要
针对造纸过程中的非线性、干扰多、耦合严重、纯滞后大等特点,在对定量、水分控制系统分析的基础上,提出一种基于模糊Smith-PID的控制方案。给出实现方案的控制系统结构和设计方法,同时采用MATLAB进行仿真。结果表明该方案能有效地提高定量、水分的控制精度,且在模型参数发生变化时仍能获得良好的动态响应性能。
Considering the nonlinearity,Interference and coupling serious,time delay of the paper-making,on the basis of deep analysis of the quantification and moisture system,the adaptive fuzzy PID method was proposed based on the Smith construction and gives the structure and design process of this system.And simulated the system by MATLAB.The results show that the strategy can achieve accurate control of the quantification and moisture even when the parameters of the model are changed.
