交泰丸联合西洛他唑治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床研究

Clinical study on Jiaotai pill and Cilostazol in treatment for diabetic peripheral angiopathy

目的观察交泰丸联合西洛他唑治疗糖尿病周围血管病变患者的临床疗效。方法将糖尿病周围血管病变患者60例随机分成3组:中药组20例给予交泰丸治疗,西药组20例给予西洛他唑治疗,中西药组20例同时给予交泰丸和西洛他唑治疗。观察疗程为8周,观察3组治疗前后症状体征,血液流变学相关指标,双下肢腘动脉、胫后动脉及足背动脉血管直径、峰值血流速度的变化。结果中西药组在临床总有效率、改善血黏度及促进肢体血流等方面效果明显优于中药组及西药组(P均<0.05)。结论交泰丸联合西洛他唑治疗糖尿病周围血管病变具有较好疗效。

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Jiaotai pill and Cilostazol in the treatment for diabetic peripheral angiopathy.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral angiopathy were randomly divided into three groups： traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） group treated with Jiaotai pill only,western medicine（WM） group treated with Cilostazol only,TCM＋WM group treated with both Jiaotai pill and Cilostazol.The course of treatment was eight weeks.Before and after the treatment,the changes of symptoms and signs,the correlated items of hemorheology,the vascular diameters,peak blood velocity of popliteal artery,posterior tibial artery,dorsalis pedis artery of low limbs were observed.Results The clinical total effective rate and the improvements of blood viscosity and limb blood were obviously better that that in TCM group and WM group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined treatment with Jiaotai pill and Cilosrazol is more effective for diabetic peripheral angiopathy.
