摘要
分析了电梯按钮的成形工艺,确定了零件排样设计、模具结构及模具的工作过程。结合排列组合原理,优化了模具结构设计。设计的模具可实现多种零件成形,降低了产品成本,提高了经济效益。
The forming process of an elevator button was analyzed and the layout design, die structure and work process were determined. The structure design was optimized based on arrangement and combination principle. The die can shape various parts that lowers the costs and enhance the efficiency.
