摘要
应用Pro/E对鼠标上盖进行模型重建、二次开发、型腔设计,最终完成鼠标上盖注射模的设计。对鼠标模型重建和模具设计的过程进行分析,探讨了点云数据分析、模型曲面的构建以及完善鼠标各部分零件设计的一些技巧和方法。采用反求设计和二次设计相结合的方法,极大地提高了鼠标上盖的开发效率。
Pro/ENGINEER was used to make the model reconstruction, secondary design and cavity design of point-cloud map of a mouse upper cover and then an injection mould was developed based on reverse engineering theory. Some techniques and methods for analysis of cloud data, construction of mould profile and improvement of part design were discussed. The integration of reverse design and secondary design can greatly enhance the development efficiency.
