摘要
分析了弧形支架座的工艺性,设计了一种新颖的圆弧抽芯结构,通过短距离圆弧抽芯后推杆连同浮动模组一起推出塑件,再人工取出塑件。生产实践表明:模具结构紧凑,制造方便,动作可靠,适用于半自动化生产。
A novel scheme for forming an arc support in an injection mould with core pulling mechanism in circular arc trace was designed based on analysis on the manufacturability of the product. The plastic part was ejected out of the mould together with a floating module group after a short distance of core pulling in circular arc trace and then got out of the module artificially.
