疏密波和连续波电针脉冲刺激颧髎穴的动态针感特征比较 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察并比较疏密波和连续波电针颧髎穴的针感变化特征。方法将受试者随机分为疏密波组和连续波组,用电针仪的疏密波和连续波刺激颧髎穴30 min,以视觉模拟评分法动态检测电针刺激过程中颧髎穴的针感变化,比较疏密波组和连续波组的针感。结果电针过程中,2组针感逐渐减弱,连续波组针感减弱的速度快于疏密波组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针刺激脉冲波的频率组合变化,有利于产生更为持久的针感。 Objective To observe and compare the changes of needling sensation during facial points stimulated by sparse-dense wave electroacupuncture and continuous wave electmacupuncture respectively. Methods Subjects were assigned randomly to sparse-dense wave group and continuous wave group. Quanliao (SI18) of the subjects in sparse-dense wave group were stimulated by sparse-dense wave dectroacupuncture, and in continuous wave group were stimulated by continuous wave for 30 minutes. Visual analogue scale was used to measure the changes of needling sensation during electroacupuncture. Results The needling sensation of subjects in the two groups gradually weakened during electroacupuncture, the weak- ening speed of needling sensation in continuous wave group was faster than that of sparse-dense wave group, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of various frequency of electroacupuncture is helpful to generate durable needling sensation.
