摘要 设计一种液压油体积弹性模量综合实验系统,介绍该系统的工作原理;基于定义法设计弹性模量检测装置;设计伺服控制分系统并对其性能进行分析,结果表明所设计系统的性能指标较好地满足了设计要求;构建系统的总体结构。该系统不仅可以高精度地在线测量油液的体积弹性模量,也可用于研究液压油含气效应以及油液体积弹性模量与温度、压力、含气量等参数间的精确数学关系,还可研究弹性模量对系统动态特性的影响。 A hydraulic oil bulk modulus comprehensive experimental system was designed which working principle was intro- duced. The modulus measuring device was designed based on the definition of hydraulic oil bulk modulus. The servo-controlled sub- system was designed and its performance was analyzed. The analysis result shows that the performance indexes of the designed system meet the design demand. The overall structure of the system was designed. This system can not only measure the hydraulic oil bulk modulus online with high precision, but also can be used to study the effectiveness of entrained air of the hydraulic oil and the accurate mathematical model between the oil bulk modulus and temperature, pressure, gas content. The impact of hydraulic oil bulk modulus on dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system can also be studied.
