基于空间相关分析的武汉中心城区产业集聚研究

Study of Industrial Agglomeration of Central Regions in Wuhan City Based on Spatial Correlation Analysis

产业集聚是优化产业布局、调整产业结构、促进区域经济增长的重要手段和途径。对于产业集聚的研究已有很多成果,但很少考虑到空间相关因素。运用空间相关分析方法对武汉中心城区的产业进行研究,结果表明:武汉中心城区的第三产业已形成以江汉区为中心的集聚区,而且集聚程度呈上升趋势;对2008年数据的分析显示生产总值的排序和第二产业生产值的排序比较一致,说明大部分城区第三产业的主导作用不强。该结论符合武汉市的产业规划和布局,对于分析城区产业经济的空间结构、产业结构的优化升级及产业相关政策制定具有参考价值。

Industrial agglomeration is an important means and way to optimize industrial distribution, adjust industrial structure and promote regional economic growth. Many researches have been made into industrial agglomeration, with little consideration about spatial correlation. On the basis of spatial correlation analysis, this paper studies the industry of Wuhan＇s central regions. The result shows that the central regions of Wuhan have formed a tertiary industrial clustering with Jianghan District as the center, and that the degree of agglomeration is ascending. similar to the production value of the secondary industry, An analysis of the data in 2008 indicates that the ranking of GDP is evidencing that the leading role of the tertiary industry is not strong n most regions. The conclusion is consistent with the industrial planning and distribution of Wuhan, thus providing valuable reference for analyzing spatial structure of urban industrial economy and optimizing the industrial structure and industrial policy making.
