基于模糊综合评判模型的开发区集约利用研究——以湖北省荆门经济开发区为例

Intensive Land Use of Development Zone Based on Multistage Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Mode:A Case Study of Jingmen Economic Development Zone,Hubei Province

以提高开发区土地利用效率为目的,对基于模糊综合评判模型的开发区集约利用进行了探讨。采用国家推荐开发区评价指标体系对荆门经济开发区的土地集约利用情况进行了实证分析,指标权重的确定在AHP法的基础上进行了信息熵修正。结果表明:荆门经济开发区总体利用程度较为集约,土地利用结构合理,土地利用潜力尚可挖掘,土地利用市场配置有待完善,开发区管理者应有针对性的对问题所在进行改进,逐步提高开发区的集约利用程度。

With the view to improving land use efficiency, this paper probes into intensive land use of the development zones based on multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mode and evaluates the land use of Jingmen Economic Development Zone by means of the recognized evaluation indicators of the development zones. The result shows that Jingmen Economic Development Zone has achieved intensive land use and a reasonable structure of land use, that there is potential in land use and much needs to be done to land use distribution, and that the administrators of the development zone should take measures to improve the level of intensive laud use.
