基于PSR模型的齐齐哈尔市土地集约利用评价研究

Evaluation of Intensive Land Use of Qiqihar City Based on PSR Model

运用PSR模型构建城市土地集约评价指标体系,采用客观赋权法和主观赋权法相结合的最优赋权法确定各指标体系权重,并借助综合评价模型,评价1998—2008年齐齐哈尔城市土地集约利用评价的综合值。结果表明,城市土地集约利用水平近10年总体呈上升趋势。但基本处于不集约状态。因此,应积极制定提高城市土地集约利用水平的措施,为未来城市土地可持续利用提供科学依据。

Applying PSR model and the optimal method of weighting （combining objective and subjective method of weighting） to determine the weight of each one of index system, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of intensive urban land use, and appraises the integrated value of intensive urban land use evaluation of Qiqihaer City during 1998 to 2008 by means of integrated evaluation model. The result indicates that intensive land use of the city in the past ten years has been on the rise, and measures should be taken to raise the level of intensive land use and provided a scientific basis for future sustainable urban land use.
