摘要
为提高安瓿注射液异物自动检查机竞争力,在研究分析安瓿注射液异物自动检查机结构原理的基础上采用三角形隶属函数构造模糊一致性判断矩阵和采用层次分析法计算指标权重,提出了安瓿注射液异物自动检查机满意度模糊层次分析评价模型。对安瓿注射液异物自动检查机满意度量化实例结果表明,安瓿注射液异物自动检查机满意度评估值为85.4465。因此,该分析评价模型可实现安瓿注射液异物自动检查机满意度因素的重要度区分,合理性和可用性好。
In order to enhance invest competitiveness from atuo-inspecting machine about foreign substance from ampoule injection, based on research and analysis on machinery and principle of atuo-inspecting machine about foreign substance from ampoule injection, a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process assessment model of the degree of satisfaction for atuo-inspecting machine about foreign substance from ampoule injection was brought forward based on the fuzzy consistent decide matrix established by using triangle subjection function and index weight calculated by analytic hierarchy process. The results of the degree of satisfaction for atuo-inspecting machine about foreign substance from ampoule injection revealed that the degree of satisfaction for atuo-inspecting machine about foreign substance from ampoule injection is 85.4465. Therefore, the factors on the degree of satisfaction for atuo-inspecting machine about foreign substance from ampoule injection can be distinguished from each other and is of a reliable and convenient method for decision makers.
