摘要
汽车驱动桥空载试验台是汽车驱动桥制造企业最常用的一种试验装备,而底座则是其中主要组成部分。在原有驱动桥空载试验台底座结构的基础上,采用有限元分析方法,对原有底座结构进行了改进。同时对新底座结构进行了静、动态特性的分析和优化设计。由分析可知,经过优化后的新底座结构,具有较好地静、动态性能,所得到的计算结果为同类试验台底座的设计提供了有效的设计指导。
No-load driving axle test jig is one kind of the most commonly used jigs in axle and manufacturing companies, and the bed structure is the most important part. Based on the bed structure of the original no-load driving axle test jig and the CAE technology, the original bed structure is improved. And the static and dynamic characteristics of the bed structure are simulated and optimized by computer. According to the analyzed results, the new improved bed structure has first-rate static and dynamic characteristics, and this provides a new way to design the bed structure.
