基于Pro/E的圆柱蜗杆参数化设计与实现

摘要 介绍了在Pro/E环境下实现圆柱蜗杆参数化设计的方法,对设计要点进行了研讨,首先需要创建蜗杆基本参数以及原理关系式,然后利用关系式约束生成的可变截面扫描面得到蜗杆的螺旋基准曲线,最后利用扫描切削特征创建蜗杆造型。通过编程的方法,将参数转化为输入关系,通过输入相关参数,如外径、模数、压力角等已知条件,就能准确快速地生成新的蜗杆实体模型,为其它零件在Pro/E环境下的三维参数化设计提供了有益经验。 The method of realizing parameterization design of column worm under the environment in Pro/E was introduced, designing essential was discussed. First the basic parameters and principles of worm relationship was created, than Spiral benchmark curve of worm was obtained by the variable cross-section scanning plane that relationship constraints, finally, Worm Modeling was crated by using Scan cutting characteristics. The parameters was inputed into the relationship by the programming method, the new worm entity model was generated accuratly and quikly by importing of Pertinent parameter such as outside diameter, modulus, pressure angle, etc, beneficial experience was provided by three-dimensional design under Pro/E environment.
