盾构法隧道衬砌管片模具技术研究

为加快我国的城市化进程,越来越多的城市开始兴建地铁,盾构钢筋混凝土管片是盾构式隧道的重要组成部分,是地铁建设中不可缺少的部分,盾构法隧道衬砌管片模具就是为生产盾构管片而设计的。为满足地铁建设中对盾构管片模具的需求,实现盾构管片模具的国产化,首先介绍了盾构法隧道衬砌管片模具的工作原理及组成部分,然后分析了管片模具的技术要求,综合比较了各种管片模具的特点,最后对管片模具设计中存在的问题给出了一些建议,为以后的管片模具设计提供了技术参考。

For speeding up urbanization process, more and more cities in China are planning to construct metro. Shield-tunnel lining segment is important and indispensable part of the tunnel. Moulds of shield-tunnel lining segment are for manufacturing the segments. For meeting the demands of moulds of shield-tunnel lining segment in construction of metro and promoting the localization, this paper describe working philosophy of mould of shield-tunnel lining segment, and make an analysis of technical requirement of moulds. After comparing several kinds of moulds in technical features, this paper give a summary for existing design of moulds and offer a technical reference for future design of moulds.
