摘要
用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)对马来酸酐接枝的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS-g-MAH)进行改性,制备出具有湿固化性能的SBS胶粘剂。通过红外光谱、热分析以及剥离强度测试探讨了SBS起始浓度、马来酸酐(MAH)、KH550以及萜烯树脂的用量等对产物性能的影响。结果表明,当SBS浓度为0.13 g/mL,SBS∶MAH∶BPO=10∶1∶0.06(质量比),KH550用量为SBS的13.63%,萜烯树脂用量为SBS的90%时,聚乙烯膜的T型剥离强度达到11.2N.25mm-1,同时对极性的聚氯乙烯的剥离强度也有提高。
Maleic anhydride grafted styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS-g-MAH) was modified with γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH550) in order to be moisture-curable.The effect of initial concentration of SBS and the content of MAH,KH550,terpene-resin on the structure and properties of products was characterized by FT-IR,TG and T-style peel strength.The results indicate that when the initial concentration of SBS is 0.13 g/mL,the content of SBS∶MAH∶BPO∶KH550 is the mass ratio of 10∶1∶0.06∶1.363,and the mass content of terpeneresin is 90% of SBS,good peel adhesion to polyethylene of 11.2 N·25 mm-1 has been observed.The peel adhesion to polar PVC substrates has also been improved.
