摘要 论述了员工-主管契合在员工-环境契合研究领域的理论渊源以及与其最相近的概念——领导成员交换关系的联系与区别。用实证研究的方式证实了员工-主管契合对工作满意度的影响以及领导成员交换关系在其中的中介作用。
