摘要
以有限元分析软件ANSYS为基础,建立了大型炭块平面铣床主轴的有限元模型,进行了模态分析,得出了主轴前5阶固有频率与相应的振型,并进行了谐响应分析,得到了主轴的频率位移响应曲线。分析结论得出主轴在工作情况下不会发生共振,结论得到了主轴的危险截面在前支承处,为主轴的设计改进提供了理论依据。
Based on ANSYS,a FEA software,the spindle model of plane miller for carbon block is established by analyzing the model with finite element method.Analyzes the modal,the first five natural frequencies and mode shapes of spindle were given,and the response curves were also obtained by analyzing the harmonic response of spindle.In conclusion,there will be no resonance.Furthermore,the weakness of spindle was the former supporting bearing.As a result,it provided theoretical basis for the spindle design.
