摘要 基于虚拟样机技术建立了某型装甲车辆完整的传动系统动力学仿真模型和行驶仿真实验平台,在该平台上开展了整个传动系统动力学仿真研究,获得了关重件的动态载荷谱并对关重件进行寿命预测,使用该模型可对装甲车辆进行平顺性分析和故障仿真及整体性能分析等,为完善武器装备维修规程和制定合理的维修周期提供科学依据。 A complete drive system dynamic simulation model and ride simulation platform of a certain type of armored vehicle are established based on virtual prototype technology.Dynamics simulation study on the drive system is carried out on the platform.The dynamic load spectrum of critical components is obtained and the life prediction to critical components is done.The model can be used in ride comfort analysis,fault simulation and overall performance analysis,etc.A scientific basis can be applied to improve the armament maintenance procedure and to institute rational maintenance cycle.
