摘要
采用振动时效设备和自行设计制作的试件及其支承装置,实现了在无专用应力应变测量设备情况下,对不同激振频率对振动时效效果的影响进行了试验研究,并通过实测应力变化量与幅频特性曲线变化量对其进行了对比分析。
An experiment is carried out on the effect of VSR under different exciting frequency with VSR equipment,self-designed and manufactured work pieces and its supporting device rather than with special stress-strain measuring device.During the experiment,we measured the real remnant stress variation of work pieces due to vibration.Then we compared and analyzed it with the movement of parameters＇curve.
