摘要
针对大型支撑轴的结构特点和工作环境,制定了合理的大型支撑轴成形新工艺,并采用有限元方法模拟和分析成形过程,比较了冲头形状对成形过程的影响。实践证明,对比现有的支撑轴加工工艺,零件的机械性能、材料利用率和生产率都有显著提高。
A new technology of large support shaft forming has been worked out by researching the structural features and the working environment of part.The whole process of manufacturing the support shaft forgings was analyzed and simulated by FEM and compared punch shape on the forming processes.Mechanical properties,material utilization and productivity have been proven to be improved significantly by practice.
