摘要
当代机械制造业的快速发展带动了对加工中心自动换刀装置的研究,自动换刀装置正朝着快速化、小型化方向发展。通过对凸轮式自动换刀装置中的凸轮机构进行研究,利用Matlab强大的计算功能进行辅助计算,并利用Solidworks三维软件及COSMOSMotion仿真插件进行建模和仿真,将弧面凸轮和平面沟槽凸轮设计为一体。在实现凸轮机构高速运行的同时,使其体积更小、重量更轻。
With the rapid development of the contemporary machinery manufacture industry,more and more research on the automatic tool changer of machining center has been advanced.In the meanwhile,the automatic tool changer develops towards high speed and small-scale.The cam mechanism of the automatic tool changer is researched in this paper,using Matlab to calculate,COSMOSMotion to simulate and Solidworks to mold,finally,globoidal cam and planar groove cam are designed as a whole mechanism.On one hand the mechanism achieves high-speed,on the other hand its volume is smaller and weight is lighter.
