绿色住宅建筑框架体系中室内环境质量控制的设计技术研究

RESEARCH ON DESIGN TECHNOLOGY ABOUT THE QUALITY OF INDOOR ENVIRONMENT IN THE FRAME SYSTEM OF GREEN RESIDENT BUILDING DESIGN

通过理论分析和对工程实例的分析,主要研究绿色住宅建筑设计的框架体系中,室内环境质量控制的主导设计思想及在实际工程中具有可实现性的技术措施,涉及日照与采光、室内空气品质及热环境控制以及隔声、降噪措施等方面,为绿色住宅建筑的设计提供理论依据,促进绿色住宅建筑的推广应用。

Through theoretical analysis and analyzing the real project, the paper mainly researches the guiding ideas about controlling the quality of indoor environment, and technological measures with feasibility in the frame system of green resident building design, deals with lighting, the quality of indoor air and heating environment, measures of insulating against sound and reducing noises etc.. The results will put forward the theoretical basis for green resident building design and promote the extensive apply of them.
