宁夏任河养殖园区大型沼气系统设计简介

Design of A Large Biogas Sysem on Breeding Park in Ningxia Autonomous Region

随着新农村建设的不断深入,规模化不断发展,按照人畜分离、养殖入园的要求,养殖园区大型沼气工程将成为沼气建设的重点。宁夏彭阳县任河养殖园区沼气工程在分析总结国内养殖场大型沼气工程经验的基础上,力求工艺简单,操作运行方便,安全环保,减少搅拌机械等大型机械的使用,充分利用太阳能,减少常规能源的使用,创新了原料的处理工艺技术,将沼气发酵增温保温和太阳能利用科学结合,因地制宜,探索解决西北地区沼气冬季产气的问题。同时考虑到了养殖场的防疫和沼气生产的安全和环保问题,以适用于我国西北地区养殖场大型沼气工程项目建设。

A large biogas sysem on breeding park in Ningxia Autonomous Region was deigned based on the experiences from domestic farm hiogas engineerings, striving to simple process, operation convenience, safe and environmental protection, reducing the use of large mechanical machines and making full use of solar energy. The design of this system is briefly introduced in this paper.
