摘要
介绍了一种基于智能相机和机器视觉的电池极片检测系统,以智能相机为平台,通过图像平滑、边缘提取、区域填充、数学形态学等多种方法处理,得到极片缺陷完整的几何特征,从而实现自动化检测。系统不受工艺要求影响,对空间要求较低,有较强的适用性,检测结果与人眼检测结果相符,不仅保证了检测的准确性,而且大大提高了极片检测的效率。
An battery checkup system based on intelligent camera and machine vision was put forward.On the platform of intelligent camera,image filtering,edge detection segmentation,region filling and morphology operation algorithms are used to to reduce noise,extract edges and extract morphological feature respectively,then realize automatic detection.The system needs very small space,can be adapted to any technological requirements,and the testing results is line with manual testing.It assures the accuracy and boost productivity in significant measure.
