摘要
在已研究放大型针板内表面换热特性的基础上,实验在大尺寸低速回流风洞内研究了3套真实尺寸针板实验件的整体冷却效果。研究结果表明:针板具有很高的冷却效果,相对孔间距(孔间距S/冲击孔径D)对冷却效果起重要的作用,孔间距越小,冷却效果越好,同时温差和流动方向对冷效也有一定影响。得出的一些定性结论对针板在实际设计应用中有一定参考价值。
Three true scale spiculate lamilloys were carried out to analyze the cooling effectiveness which based on heat transfer characteristics of the former inner surfaces,the experiment was tested in a large scale low speed close-looped wind tunnel.The result shows that very high cooling effectiveness can be achieved by using spiculate lamilloy.The ratio of hole pitch to impingement hole diameter(S/D)plays important role in determination of the cooling effectiveness,the smaller S/D,the higher cooling effectiveness.Furthermore,the difference in temperature and the direction of flow are also influential to the cooling effectiveness.The research results are of reference value for the application of the spiculate lamilloy.
