摘要
在TK6926数控落地铣镗床立柱设计中引入有限元方法和分析理论为基础的CAE分析优化的设计方法。在样机试制之前对立柱大型结构件性能进行定性及定量的预测及评估分析,并提出了改进意见。为提高该机床的加工精度,提升机床产品质量,缩短产品的设计与制造周期及减少产品开发成本提供了有效方法及手段。
We have apllied the CAE technology basing on the FEM method and theory to the back bone design of the TK6926 CNC Floor Type Boring milling Machine.We brought forward the back bone structure improvement suggestion through the CAE analysis of either the trend performace or the quantity performace of the back bone before the trial-manufacture of the back bone.Through the way,we provided an effective mothod of improving the machine precision and quality,shortening the cycle and saving the costs of design and manufacture.
