摘要 焊缝坡口的设计对焊接结构件的焊接成本和焊接质量有直接影响。目前的工程机械产品制造中,存在超出相关设计规范的大厚度差的焊接结构件对接。提出了一种虚拟焊接技术,运用其优化焊缝坡口的设计,并对现行的焊缝坡口设计国家标准的部分规定提出了一些建议。 The design of weld grooves have an important role in the welding cost and welding quality.There are many welded structures have thickness difference in the manufacture of construction machinery,which exceed related design technical standard.A virtual welding technology is presented,which is applied on the optimization of weld grooves,giving some suggestion on the GB986-88 about the design of weld grooves.
