连续ECAP大应变的数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于刚塑性有限元理论,采用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对5052铝合金连续ECAP(Equal Channel Angular Pressing)大应变成形过程进行了三维数值模拟研究,研究了工件的变形过程以及应变均匀性,温度的分布规律。模拟结果表明,金属变形剧烈部位主要集中模具的拐角区域,该区域的等效应变呈层状分布,而且变化梯度较大并且温度最高。模拟结果对实际生产具有很好的指导作用。 Based on the rigid and plastic finite element theory,the continuous ECAP large strain forming process of 5052 aluminum alloy was simulated by FEM simulation software DEFORM-3D.The work piece deformation process,strain uniformity,and the distributions of temperature were analyzed.The finite element simulation results indicate that the severe deformation area of metal fierce spot mainly focus on the mold's corner region,in which the equivalent strain assumes the layered distribution,the strain change gradient,and the temperature is greatly highest.The results will give effective guidelines for the production manufacture.
