摘要
在生产实际中,非封闭曲线翻边零件的毛坯形状都是靠试凑法来获得的,这样不仅影响整个产品的开发周期,而且还造成大量的人力和物力的浪费。以有限元方法为基础,实现了翻边工序的计算机仿真,在计算机仿真的结果找出翻边线只含有非封闭曲线的翻边规律。该方法能快速确定非封闭曲线翻边零件毛坯的合理形状和尺寸、减少试凑次数,从而有效地缩短新产品的研发周期,节省研发费用。
In practice,rough part of unclosed curve profile flange was decided by trial-and-error procedures.It is time-consuming and expensive.Based on the FEA,carried on the simulation of the flanging process in the computer research the rule of unclosed curve profile flange by the result in simulationKey issues discussed in it.The method proposed in it could make sure the rough'shape of unclosed curve profile flange celerity The method can efficiently reduce the time and the cost of the development of the new product.It also enriches the application of CAE in the sheet metal forming process.
