摘要
提出了一种新型异步电动机滑模变结构速度观测器,利用定子电流计算值与实际值的偏差来计算电动机的转速。该观测器由转子磁链观测、定子电流计算和滑模控制器3部分组成,其中转子磁链观测部分采用改进的电压模型,有效解决了传统电压模型固有的直流偏置误差和初始值积分误差问题,实现磁链的准确观测。最后,结合异步电动机无速度传感器的矢量控制系统对该速度观测器进行验证,仿真结果证明该方案具有响应速度快、稳态精度高和鲁棒性强等优点。
A novel method of asynchronous motor sliding mode speed observer was presented, using the stator current difference of the estimated value and the actual value to calculate the speed of motor. The observer consists of three parts, the rotor flux observer, the stator current calculation and the sliding mode controller,including rotor flux observer using a modified voltage model, an effective model to solve the inherent DC offset voltage error and integral error of the initial value problem to achieve an accurate flux observation. Finally, use the asynchronous motor speed sensor less vector control system to verify the speed observer , the simulation results show that the program has a fast response , high accuracy and robustness of the steady and strong advantage.
